So I had to diet? I thought I could eat what I want? Anyway, I did what you said, and I lost 2 pounds in a week, so maybe you’re right after all. Still, though, I thought I could still eat what I wanted and lose weight. Not strickly true. I am however, happy with the product, and will buy another batch once this initial 2 month batch is completed, becasue I know I’m losing more weight that I would normally. Thanks for your advice.
